• Fill out our simple intake form and register
• We meet each party separately via a video or phone call
• We all agree to an end goal and reach a 'PROCEED' or 'DO NOT PROCEED' decision
• All parties complete a detailed issues form
• We help you negotiate to resolution or cessation of negotiations
• We draw up the final Mediation Settlement Agreement
• Your Mediation Settlement Agreement is ratified by your lawyers
